Who runs this site
baised.tech is run by B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology, operated by Stephen Hermann in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What is collected through the contact form
The contact form asks for a name, business, phone number, email address, area of interest and a message. Pressing Send opens the visitor's own email app with the note filled in. Nothing reaches B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology unless the visitor sends that email. Messages arrive in a Gmail inbox, so Google also handles them under its own terms.
What stays on the visitor's device
The site saves a few things in the visitor's own browser so the site works as expected:
- an unsent contact form draft
- a first name typed into the welcome card
- the chosen style look and which pop-ups were already shown
These stay in the browser and are not sent to B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology. Clearing site data in the browser removes them. The free tools on the site also run in the browser, and what is typed into them is not sent anywhere.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare may process technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. The site does not run analytics, advertising trackers or advertising cookies.
How information is used
Information sent to B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology is used to reply, give quotes, provide services, send invoices and keep business records.
Sharing
Contact details are not sold. They may be shared with service providers that help run the business, such as email and hosting providers, and when the law requires it. If this practice ever changes, an updated policy will be posted on this page before the change takes effect.
Client and patient information
Information handled while doing work for a client is covered by that client's agreement. Patient information is handled only after a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is in place with the clinic.
Phone services
If a client's plan includes recording or transcribing calls, the client's agreement covers how those records are handled, and callers will be given any notice the law requires.
Keeping and deleting information
Information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or for legal and tax records. To ask what is held, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected].
Children
This site and its services are for people 18 and older. Anyone who believes a child sent information should email the address above so it can be deleted.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
