Who these terms are with
These terms cover use of baised.tech and services from B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology, operated by Stephen Hermann in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Using the site or hiring B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology means accepting these terms.
Who the services are for
The services are built mainly for businesses. Individuals may also hire B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology for their own projects. Everyone using the services must be 18 or older.
Signed agreements come first
Scope, price and timing for paid work are set in a quote or signed agreement. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
Payment and refunds
Fees are due as stated in the quote, agreement or invoice. Once work has started, fees are not refundable, because information already delivered and work already done cannot be taken back. Credit toward other services may be offered case by case, at the discretion of B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology.
Cancelling a plan
Whether and how a monthly plan can be cancelled depends on the client's quote or signed agreement.
No promised results
Figures, surveys, samples and demos on this site are for information only and are not a promise of any result. Sample screens show made-up businesses and people.
AI tools
Many services use artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Clients are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, including billing, coding, legal, medical and financial decisions. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
Clinics and patient information
A signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement must be in place before any patient information is shared with B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology. Do not send patient information through the contact form or by ordinary email.
Call recording
If a plan includes recording or transcribing calls, the client is responsible for following the recording and notice laws that apply to its callers.
Free tools and site content
Any free tools, games and other content on this site are provided as is, with no warranty. Please do not copy the site, misuse it or interfere with how it runs.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the total amount B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology can owe on any claim is limited to what the client paid B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology in the 2 weeks before the claim arose. B.A.I.S.E.D. Technology is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Some places do not allow these limits, and nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to these terms
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. They do not change a signed agreement.
